Credit Card Fraud At Landslide

* less than half of the transactions at Landslide were treated as valid signups

* a list of transactions where the same email address was used against more than two credit cards comprises 8,831 email addresses 84,175 transactions and 37,040 credit cards, an average of 4.2 credit cards per email address and 9.5 transactions per email address.

Shown below are a some examples of the fraudulent credit card transactions made through the Landslide payment system. There are many more, possibly thousands.

“I found no evidence of fraud,” said Sam Type, the prosecution expert witness for UK’s SOCA.

This data may explain why the Americans arrested only around 100 while the UK police went after 7,000 plus. The credit card record used by the UK police is full of obviously invalid and impossible credit card numbers, which they still used to classify the sites visited and prosecute subscribers.

One must conclude that this evidence was deliberately concealed in order to incriminate every person on the list.

And so on, so on, on in countless more, we see fraud, sites not working, redirecting to sites not wanted.

This was evidence concealed by SOCA. Indeed denied. “I found no evidence of fraud,” said Sam Type, the expert for
UK’s SOCA.

USPIS and SOCA are still maintaining there was no evidence of fraud at Landslide when this is a problem for any AVS system. Michael Mead of USPIS testified on oath in a UK court, he had never seen a single case of evidenced credit card fraud ever. If Michael Mead was telling the truth, his current job with the online fraud department of blockbuster is rather a waste of time.

People were sent to prison in the UK on the basis that evidence such as the outbound email from Thomas Reedy at Landslide below, did not exist.
